Prices are indicated for each individual piece of merchandise and are non-inclusive of sales tax.

Shipping Address

Shipping address must be written in English. Orders placed in any language other than English may be cancelled.

 

Delivery Time

Goods usually ship within 5 business days from the date of order.

If there is a high volume of orders, it may take longer than usual. Please note that business days are weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

*Important: If an item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped, you will receive a separate notification to your registered e-mail.

*We take great care in packing and handling each order to ensure safe delivery. Please note we do not accept responsibility for any non-delivery or damage to packages delivered to third parties or forwarders.

Tariffs and Taxes

International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Asia Oasis Limited. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we do not accept cancellations unless we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as item being out of stock.

In this case your order will be cancelled and a full refund of payment will be made.

Please note that refunds are usually made in the form of original payment (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay) If a refund via original payment method is not possible, you shall receive a one-time digital coupon for the refund amount as store credit towards your next purchase.

 

Returns or Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us by email at info@grimas.tech before returning to the returns address provided with a picture of the damage and order number. All returns must arrive within 7 days of receipt of goods in as new and unused condition, apart from cases of returns of faulty product. Please enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, as no form may result in taking longer to process the return. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Cost of returning item will usually be at the expense of customer with exceptions made at the discretion of ours. However, the original shipping charge paid with the purchase will be refunded in full by GRIMAS.

All refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of returned products by GRIMAS.
